11th Symposium postponed until December 2009

The organizing committee of the 11th International Paleolimnology Symposium, in agreement with the IPA board members, has taken the decision of postponing the symposium until 15-18th December 2009. This decision was made taking in consideration the Influenza alert in Mexico which has lead to different levels of travel restrictions by some countries. We are sorry for the inconveniences that this could cause, but we are sure this is the best option in order to guarantee both the health of each one of the attendees as well as the academic level of the meeting.
