The official site of the International Paleolimnology Association (IPA). The IPA exists to advance the science of paleolimnology and its applications, and promote the interests of paleolimnology globally. The Association holds an international conference every three years, which brings together paleolimnologists and other scientists and users of paleolimnological information.
